I just bought a celcom m30 and i only use for 2 GB at first. Than my speed became damn slow. so i check vol status and this is what had shown.
Allocated: 0.3 GB, Used: 1.0 GB. Purchased: 0.0 GB, Expiry: 03/10/2013, Throttled/Blocked: YES. As of 04-09-2013
So i buy 0.1 GB which cost RM3 since i have no solution and my speed became smooth again but speed slow again after i use for another 2.8 GB.

I thought this plan is unlimited quota. I call to 1111 and they can't help me.
