Last year, I bought a second hand iphone by hand. Then, I planned to subscribed internet package offered by maxis. As I was there in Sunway Carnival Seberang Prai Maxis Centre, I was been intro to usual data plan by maxis. I feel that plan is a bit pricey. Suddenly, the promoter told me that there was a new plan, with a rebate of rm 200 with contract of 2 years, with rm 30 call and rm 68 for 3gb data. I did not suspect anything suspicious as i was not very familiar with postpaid.
Then, this year, i plan to buy an Iphone 5 with maxis. i checked my plan at one of the maxis centre in PJ. Shockingly, the promoter told me that my plan is Value 1, and it is for plan Samsung Galaxy S2. Now, i feel cheated as i must finish the contract before can change the plan. The previous promoter did not tell me that it is Samsung Galaxy S2's plan and I didnt buy that phone but the phone have been retrieve. Which mean, the previous promoter bought that phone with cheaper price while she can sell it with original price.
What should i do guys?
