Maxis Fiber 10Mb constant disconnect, Maxis Fiber 10Mb constant disconnect

Hi,

I hope you guys can enlighten me on this.

I am having Maxis Fiber 10Mb in Menjalara.
My Maxis Fiber keeps disconnect and I am fed up calling their customer service already because I have to repeat my situation again and again.

This is my situation :

I usually surf net / listen to internet radio using my laptop. While I surfing the net, everything is ok. But when I leave my computer, say 10 - 15 mins later, the internet get disconnected. The maxis modem internet signal becomes Red color. This is so annoying as I cant even surf net in my room...I ALWAYS HAVE TO BE USING MY LAPTOP, THEN THE INTERNET WONT GET DISCONNECTED. It happens regardless of when I use it, whether day or night... it behaves the same.

Imagine that i switch on internet radio, lie down for awhile, and soon the internet disconnects.
Imagine at night I cant surf net using my tablet / phone in my room coz my laptop is either switched off / idle.

Anyone know what happens to my internet?
Or anyone facing similar problem?
