Problem description:
my Unifi vip 20 is getting farking slow after their tecnician came to my house to fix my my line (red light on fibre on modem).

This was all done in my room upstairs (the router is in the living room downstairs).

Maybe the router is the problem? i dont know if they changed the settings of the router or not but at my room the signal is 4 bars-5 bars. Before the technician came to fix my line the speed was alright around 20mbps +.
