Block Apps in FB, Is it possible?

Hi,

Our office have more than 100 user. Yesterday we buy bandwidth management and saw high traffic from apps in fb. But apps in fb using TLS1 (SSL 443). Is it possible to block? We try to block just a subdomain but when accessing www.facebook.com, it pretty slow.

We cannot block www.facebook.com. Our CEO always update his page, and company page. The idea is block only apps in facebook. Since it use SSL, we con't know can be block or not.
