Maxis internet maintenance, always got GPRS instead of HSDPA

how can i know if my area maxis is doing maintenance?

or is it maxis trolling people out?

coz in my area got HSDPA coverage and also HSPA too!

I'm using prepaid broadband and most of my time i got gprs only.
